1st Shift Monday through Friday 5AM - 1:30PM

Pay commensurate with experience, knowledge and education.

Responsibilities and duties

• Attendance including punctuality and consistency by following work schedule.
• Ability to operate semi-automatic and automatic equipment.
• Perform continuous QC steps throughout production.
• Clean and maintain machines, tools, screens and related production items.
• Team player, big picture outlook.
• Willing to help in all areas of production.

• Detail Oriented by maintaining a clean work area, complete necessary paperwork.
• Remain teachable to learn ink formulation, machine setup, and trouble shooting.
• Remain teachable to learn to print and apply decals. Required Education, Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
• Familiarity with screen printing department
• Silk screen printing background preferred
• Automatic printing experience a plus
• Kiln, Lehr, Pad printing experience a plus
• Basic mechanical aptitude and machine operations skills
• Basic reading, writing, and math skills
• Ability to inspect work and make quality control decisions
• Ability to use accurate weights and measurement equipment
• Mechanical training is preferred.
• Printing, graphics or photographic skills preferred
• Must be fluent in English
• Lifting capabilities 60 lbs.
• Must have reaching capabilities to approximately 90 inches
• Works well in a team environment
